*** Lemon-has lots of benefits...i know you are all aware of these already but this is something what i have already tried and tested...
Try these steps before taking a bath and see the difference after 7 days...
* Cut 1 small lemon in quarters.
* Rub the fresh lemon to parts of your body that you first want to make smooth and whiten, like your knees or elbows..you can also rub these to your whole body eventually, however, make it realistic first.
* Let it stay for 30 minutes to 1 hour before taking a bath...
* Then wash it with your favorite bath soap and you can put a lotion after.
*** 30 minutes- this is a waste of time?...ofcourse not, because you can ready your office clothes or prepare your things for work while waiting for the time...a lot of thins can be done, like you can pick up the clutters in your bathroom and that's considered multi-tasking isn't it...

Budget Saver
" Eggplant Fritata"
Ingredients:
2 pieces medium Eggplant - cubes
4 Large Eggs - beaten
250 gm - ground pork
1 Large Onion- diced
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Cheese - measurement depends on the likeness for cheese
Procedure:
1. Heat frying pan. Pour in Oil.
2. Saute Onion
3. Add ground Pork
4. Cook until pork oil comes out and tender
5. Add Eggplant
6. Seasoned with salt and pepper
7. Add beaten eggs, make sure it is spread evenly and let it be until eggs are well set
8. Transfer to a platter that is microwavable.
9. Sprinkle Cheese and microwave for about 2 minutes in high heat.
10. Serve- Good for 4-5persons
* These meal is very nutritious and yummy and is very easy to cook and can always be eaten either at breakfast, lunch or dinner, also good for pack lunch for kids. For those kids who really doesn't like to eat eggplant, moms this is the best dish that you can prepare and they will surely like it without knowing that there's eggplant along this meal...Hope you like it and if you have other ideas similar to my cooking, please tell me i'll appreciate it...
